Product introduction

Our 4G C2F module Series uses the main chip from Shanghai Yike Communication Technology Co., Ltd., and all support LTE-FDD : B1/B3/B5/B8 andLTE-TDD：B34/B38/B39/B40/B41（140 MHz）data connections. We offer two 4G module options : a single-SIM standard 4G version and an optional version supporting GNSS (Global Positioning System). When GNSS is not selected, it supports dual USIM cards; when GNSS is selected, analog audio input is not supported, and only a single USIM card is supported.
Our current 4G products include: the Minions + 4G 38-module and the Minions 4G integrated board 38 IPC module + 38 4G module, all using the aforementioned chips. Our existing 4G products are all CAT1 series (compatible with China and most Southeast Asian regions), and we will develop CAT4 in the future.
Our 4G products support all network types, including China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom SIM cards, and can be pre-installed with a China Telecom eSIM card.
Currently, we use USB connection.
The ANT_MAIN pins of the standard 4G version and the 4G GNSS version are compatible, and some models support GNSS antenna interfaces.
Supports battery level display on special modules.

FAQ

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

Which media player should I use after backing up files from my VCR?

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.

There should be no sound when watching the video on the recorder, and no walkie-talkie should be used.
