Adopt T33 master control with built-in intelligent human tracking and capturing algorithm，support human detection in complex environment，support five major intelligences (Area Intrusion, Line-Cross Detection, Loitering , Absent Alarm, Vehicle illegal Parking)；main code stream resolution 6MP (3200*1800), support digital wide dynamic, high frame rate. Support two-way voice intercom, support human and vehicle detection, sound and light alarm and picture frame, 3D digital noise reduction technology. Support multiple lighting modes: infrared hard cut, infrared soft cut, warm light, dual light source, custom time period switching.

FAQ

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

Which media player should I use after backing up files from my VCR?

Does the TuYa/ENZT kit support the ONVIF protocol?

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.
