Introduction:

The Model 64 is a dual-network-port smart DVR that supports input and output from up to 64 8K cameras and features advanced intelligent analytics, including perimeter breach detection, vehicle reverse driving, personnel leaving their post, prolonged loitering, area intrusion, and illegal parking. It also allows users to modify the IP addresses of third-party cameras and supports voice alarm functionality in multiple modes. Additionally, it enables adjustment of the lighting mode for IPCs using proprietary protocols. The device supports both online firmware upgrades and USB-drive-based upgrades for our company’s cameras, accommodates up to 16 x 16 TB hard drives, provides four HDMI outputs, three USB ports, and mobile monitoring capabilities. It further supports I/O alarm output with 16 inputs and 8 outputs.

FAQ

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

Which media player should I use after backing up files from my VCR?

Do any video recorders support NAS storage?

Does the TuYa/ENZT kit support the ONVIF protocol?

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.

There should be no sound when watching the video on the recorder, and no walkie-talkie should be used.

You can fix it by changing the camera parameters and the video stream.
