After-sales policy
1.1 Service Content
Service Method: Dealer-sold repair.
For products purchased through legitimate channels of NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and within the warranty period, NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. will provide repair support services for malfunctions caused by product quality issues under normal use:
Product Replacement:
From the date of purchase, if quality or performance problems are found within the relevant period, a free repair service is available upon presentation of the product purchase invoice. If the product has a major quality problem that cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a refurbished product free of charge.
Product Warranty:
From the date of purchase, if quality or performance problems are found within the relevant period, a limited free warranty service is available upon presentation of the product purchase invoice. This means that if parts need to be replaced during product repair at the consumer's request or due to the necessity of product repair, the cost of the new parts will apply.
Special Note:
This service is limited to complete machines, modules, and motherboards purchased from our company. (Packaging, cables, user manuals, and other accessories are not included in the repair support service). When our service centers provide you with service, please bring the relevant invoice and product warranty certificate. If you cannot provide the above proof, the replacement and warranty period for the product will be calculated from its manufacturing date.
NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any other promises made by the dealer.
1.2 Service Requirements
Users applying for product warranty service must follow the "NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Warranty Service Process." Warranty service will only be provided after the product has been inspected and determined to be faulty by NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.'s technical engineers. For products applying for replacement with refurbished parts, the following requirements must be met:
1. Intact packaging;
2. Complete accessories.
1.3 Software Service
NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. provides free product software service to users during the product warranty period. If needed, you can download the latest firmware upgrade program for free from the official website (http://www.ezhdt.com).
The following situations (including but not limited to) are not covered by the product's repair and support services:
Product malfunction or damage caused by failure to install, use, maintain, or store the product according to the instruction manual;
The warranty period has expired;
Unauthorized alteration or deletion of the product barcode or serial number;
The product barcode or model number on the warranty certificate does not match the product itself;
Disassembly and repair by unauthorized service centers and personnel of NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.;
Product malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications to the inherent hardware or testing with unauthorized testing equipment without the permission of NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.;
Product damage caused by accidental factors or human error, such as inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, water damage, mechanical damage, dropping, severe oxidation or rust, etc.;
Damage caused during transportation and handling during customer return for repair;
Product malfunction or damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, etc.;
Other malfunctions or damages not caused by problems related to the product's design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
In the event of any of the above situations, you should seek resolution from the relevant responsible party or choose our paid services.
Right of Interpretation
NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to the final interpretation of this warranty policy. Without prior notice to the customer, NXP Semiconductors (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to make necessary changes to all warranty information, product performance, and specifications.
