Introduction:

The Model 36 is a dual-network-port smart DVR that supports input and output for 36 4K cameras and features intelligent detection functions, including perimeter breach detection, vehicles traveling in the wrong direction, personnel leaving their posts, prolonged loitering, area intrusion, and illegal parking. It also supports voice alarm notification in multiple modes and allows users to customize the lighting mode of IPCs using proprietary protocols. The device supports both online firmware upgrades and USB-drive-based upgrades for our cameras, accommodates up to two 16 TB hard drives, and provides one HDMI output, one VGA output, three USB ports, and mobile monitoring capabilities.

FAQ

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

Which media player should I use after backing up files from my VCR?

Do any video recorders support NAS storage?

3588 series

Does the TuYa/ENZT kit support the ONVIF protocol?

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.

There should be no sound when watching the video on the recorder, and no walkie-talkie should be used.

You can fix it by changing the camera parameters and the video stream.
