Warranty regulations
1.1 Service content
Service method: repair by dealer.
For products that are purchased through legal channels of Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and within the warranty period, under normal use, due to the failure of the product itself, the Nzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology The limited company is responsible for providing maintenance support services:
Product Warranty:
Starting from the date when the consumer purchases the product, if the product is found to have quality or performance problems within the relevant period, the product purchase invoice is issued to enjoy free repair services. If the product has a major quality problem that cannot be repaired, it can be replaced with a good product for free;
Product warranty:
Starting from the date when the consumer purchases the product, if the product is found to have quality or performance problems within the relevant period, the product purchase invoice is issued to enjoy the limited free warranty service, that is, during the product repair process, the product must be repaired at the request of the consumer or the product must be repaired. If you need to replace the accessories, you will need to pay for the replacement of the new accessories.
Special Note:
The scope of this service is limited to the whole machine, modules, and motherboards purchased from our company. (Packaging, various connections, user manuals and other accessories are not within the scope of maintenance support services). When our service organization is serving you, please attach the corresponding invoice and product warranty certificate; if you cannot produce the above certification, the warranty and warranty period of the product will be calculated from its production date.
For other commitments made by the dealer to you, Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. shall not bear any responsibility.
1.2 Service requirements
Users who apply for product warranty service need to follow the "Warranty Service Process of Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.", after the technical engineer of the relevant product of Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. detects and determines that the product performance is faulty , Before it can be guaranteed. The following situations (including but not limited to) are not within the scope of maintenance support services for this product:
Failure or damage to the product caused by installation, use, maintenance, and storage not in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual;
The warranty period has been exceeded;
Alter or delete the product barcode or serial number without authorization;
The product barcode or model number on the product warranty certificate does not match the product itself;
Non-Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. authorized service organization and its personnel disassembly and repair;
Product failure caused by unauthorized modification of its own hardware or the use of irregular testing equipment for testing without the permission of Nzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.;
Accidental factors or human actions cause product damage, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, breakage, severe oxidation or rust of the product, etc.;
Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading on the way back to the customer for repair;
Product failure or damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, lightning, etc.;
Other failures or damages that are not caused by the product's own design, technology, production, quality and other issues.
In the case of the above, you should seek a solution from the relevant responsible party or choose our paid service.
Interpretation right
Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has the final right to interpret this warranty policy. Without notifying the customer, Enzhi Huadatong (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to make necessary changes to all guarantee information, product performance and specifications.
