Introduction:

16-channel PoE smart DVR, supporting 16 channels of 4K camera input and output. Features intelligent detection functions including perimeter breach detection, vehicles traveling in the wrong direction, personnel leaving their posts, prolonged loitering, area intrusion, and illegal parking. Supports voice alarm in multiple modes. Allows customization of lighting modes for IPCs using proprietary protocols. Supports both online and USB flash drive firmware upgrades for our cameras. Maximum support for one 16TB hard drive, one HDMI output, one extended VGA output, two USB ports, and mobile monitoring.

FAQ

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

Which media player should I use after backing up files from my VCR?

Do any video recorders support NAS storage?

Does the TuYa/ENZT kit support the ONVIF protocol?

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.

There should be no sound when watching the video on the recorder, and no walkie-talkie should be used.

You can fix it by changing the camera parameters and the video stream.
