Support two-way voice intercom, support human and vehicle detection, sound and light alarm and picture frame, 3D digital noise reduction technology. Support multiple lighting modes: infrared hard cut, infrared soft cut, warm light, dual light source, custom time period switching.

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.
