Introduction:

Using the Ingnic T32NQ chips, is a full-featured device supporting S265, H.265, and H.264 video encoding. It supports human detection in complex environments, SRT and NDI streaming media protocols commonly used in the live streaming industry, IPv6, and five intelligent features (Area Intrusion, Line-Crossing detection, Loitering, Absent alarm,Vehicle illegal parking). The main stream resolution is 8MP ( 3840 * 2160 ), supporting digital wide dynamic range and high frame rate. It supports two-way voice communication and 3D digital noise reduction technology. It also supports multiple lighting modes: infrared hard cut, infrared soft cut, warm light, dual light , and custom time period switching . It supports expansion boards: TF card recording, RS-485, alarm input/output, and expansion via 4G or WiFi.

How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.
