How to troubleshoot a video recorder not being connected to the internet?

Advanced Configuration - Network Management - Local Network - Network Diagnostics - Ping test on Baidu to see if the connection to the external network is successful.

Hikvision cameras cannot connect to our recorders/show incorrect password.

Hikvision and Dahua cameras require a webpage to set up an ONVIF account and password.

Which media player should I use after backing up files from my VCR?

Does the TuYa/ENZT kit support the ONVIF protocol?

TuYa/ENZT kits do not support ONVIF.

There should be no sound when watching the video on the recorder, and no walkie-talkie should be used.

You can fix it by changing the camera parameters and the video stream.
